In order to manage the interfaces with the group’s different business tools, Prodistribution has more than ten different accounting imports (payroll, stock, sales, bank, accounting od, etc.)
These different tools do not guarantee a clear and identified audit trail for imports, and regularly generate partial or erroneous imports.
Castelis accompanied Prodistribution in the implementation of a unique interface process with the accounting system that guarantees the integrity of the accounting data and graphic interfaces that allow to follow and guarantee an audit trail of these integrations.
Currently being implemented, these tools have already saved several hours in monthly accounting closures.
The elimination of the multiple existing imports guarantees Prodistribution a better quality of its accounting data.
